FAQ

Orders submitted during the school year will be delivered to your chosen campus on Fridays. Generally, the orders are sent home with your child. If you would rather pick up your order, please let us know so we can hold it. You can also choose to have your order shipped. Just choose the shipping option when checking out.

Unlike a lot of school stores that take orders for a designated time and then fulfill them all at once, we fulfill orders one at a time. This means that you do not have to wait for your order. If you order by Thursday in a regular week, your ordered will be delivered by the following Friday of the next week. If there will be a delay in your order for any reason, we will contact you via email.

We make every effort to provide your order with 100% satisfaction. If you have a problem, please contact us directly via phone or email. We will find a resolution to benefit you!

Yes! We are a custom design store. If you want something that is not listed for sale, please contact us! We will work with you to bring your idea to life.

The Southside Christian School Store is a fundraiser! That means that with every purchase, a portion of the sale is given directly to your school! In the 2018-2019 school year, your purchases earned the school over $1000! That money was used for athletics and other general needs of the school. You can feel good that your purchase is helping Southside to build programs for your child.
